JODY GOODSON
This week, we’re giving a huge shoutout to Jody Goodson! 👏🔥

Jody is an 11-year U.S. Army veteran and a proud mother of four who has become such an important part of our Republic Martial Arts Academy family.
For years, Jody was the parent sitting on the sidelines watching her kids train. Now, she’s the one putting in the work on the mats! 💪

She trains multiple days a week, taking on everything from traditional Gi BJJ to No-Gi and even striking. Recently, Jody earned her first stripe on her white belt—a milestone that represents so much more than a piece of tape.

It represents the work, the consistency, the uncomfortable days, the learning, and the decision to keep showing up. ❤️

Jody has worked her butt off to get on the mats, and watching her confidence and skills grow has been incredible. Her progress has been undeniable, and we couldn’t be more proud of her!

Jody, thank you for trusting us to be your home gym. We are grateful to have you as part of the RMAA family and excited to see where this journey takes you!

Please join us in giving a HUGE shoutout to Ray Schroeder on taking 3rd Place at the IBJJF Masters Worlds / Jiu-Jitsu Con in Las Vegas! 🏆🥉

This tournament was especially meaningful as Ray’s debut in the Masters division, and he showed exactly what hard work, preparation, and dedication can do.
Ray went out there, trusted his training, stuck to his game plan, and put it all together when it mattered. 💪🔥
