We offer a variety of yoga classes with something for everyone. There are 8 introductory classes and 27 other classes; such as, and two lineages or branches of yoga called, Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga: a therapeutic system of yoga consisting of a set series of poses beginning with surya namaskara A and B (sun salutations), moving on to standing poses, seated poses, backbends, and inversions before relax

Sound healings with .jen 🔮
This restorative sound healing offers a container for deep rejuvenation, energetic alignment and a place to release that which is no longer serving you. It will begin with a channeled reading and intention setting, followed by getting cozy in a restorative yoga pose that supports your intentions.
Jen will use vocal toning (auditory vibration of pure love) and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set to facilitate this healing session.
