👋 Meet one of our "newer" additions to the BaseCamp Team: Eric, pro on all things big rocks, ropes and stoke.
Eric started climbing in 2009 in Southern California. He injected himself into the crazy climbing community by working at various gyms, guiding and instructing in a few commercial outfits, and just getting out there.
He spends most of his time on rock trad climbing but tries to get onto one Big Wall each year. When he isn’t climbing, Eric is playing music with friends or combing the forest floor looking for culinary mushrooms to eat!
Next time you're in the gym, show him all the photos of mushrooms you've spied and have in your camera roll! 📷 🍄
