Schedule Update – New School Year, New Schedule! 🗓️

As we head into the new school year, we’re making a few changes to our Tuesday evening lineup.

Starting Tuesday, August 11, our Women’s Class and Drilling Class will be combined into one Adult Gi Class at 6:30 PM.

Our goal is to create more training opportunities and bring everyone together on the mats. 👊

Today’s focus wasn’t just technique.

For live rounds, the challenge was simple: roll with someone you haven’t trained with in a while—or someone you’ve never rolled with before.

Different training partners bring different challenges. They show our strengths just as much as they expose the holes in our game. Some of the greatest “lightbulb moments” come from facing problems you’ve never had to solve before. 💡
