Yoga Mo YogaMo Maureen has over 40 years of experience instructing in the fitness arena, and began her Yoga practice over 20 years ago.

She received her Yoga teacher certification through Cloud Nine Yoga, and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Maureen enjoys teaching Hatha Basic, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga to students at all levels of strength, flexibility and Yoga experience. Maureen's classes are known for their inclusiveness, detailed instruction, playfulness, and grace. Maureen creates the space for each participant to connect with their breath, create an intention for their practice, and use the postures, breathing and meditation as tools for observing their body and creating awareness of their physical, emotional, and energetic centers.
