Today we saw what happens when men who are committed to growing in Christ encourage one another to steward the bodies God has entrusted to them.

You get a room full of brothers pushing each other—not toward comparison, but toward faithfulness.

More than anything, it’s about being consistent.

It helps to have an accountability partner or coach who keeps you on track, especially on the days you don’t feel like training.
