Chute Bosses Loaded!

Tommy Pratt returns as the Timed Event Chute Boss for the 2026 Columbia River Circuit Finals! Tommy has been keeping the CRCF timed event chutes running smoothly since 2021, and his experience and repeat invitations speak for themselves. After all, he raised CRC/NFR Tie-Down Roper Jake Pratt — enough said! 😉

Making his CRCF debut as Riding Event Chute Boss is Ron Heath. While it may be his first year in this role at the Finals, Ron is no rookie! A successful Ba****ck Rider before his riding career ended, he found himself drawn back to the arena and now works several rodeos each year with Aces Wild Pro Rodeos.

Two experienced hands. Two sides of the arena. And both ready to keep things moving when the action gets underway November 5–7 in Redmond!

Congrats to Columbia River Circuit cowboy Jesse Brown, who won the Cinch Playoff Wildcard Puyallup Rodeo. Jesse was amazing all weekend, and then stepped up on a muddy Championship Sunday and flipped one in 3.8 seconds to take home the second of his back to back championships at the Puyallup! We could not be more proud of our guy! 🔥🔥🔥

🤠 2026 CRCF CONTRACT PERSONNEL — SECRETARIES

This year’s CRCF secretary team brings a whole lot of rodeo experience to Redmond!

Crystal Longfellow and Tenisha Hoptowit have both spent years behind the scenes making rodeos happen — from local rodeos and Circuit Finals to National-level events.

Crystal grew up in a rodeo family, started helping her mom, Edie, in the rodeo office at about 12 years old, and earned her PRCA card in 1987. Since then, she’s worked at least 15 Circuit Finals, two National Circuit Finals Steer Ropings, and the 2025 National Finals Steer Roping.

Tenisha earned her PRCA Timer’s card in 2018 and went on to complete PRCA Secretary School. Her resume includes the 2020 CRCF, the 2021 NFR Open, 3 Montana Circuit Steer Roping Finals, 5 Mountain States Circuit Steer Roping Finals, and 2 National Circuit Finals Steer Ropings.

And if you know these two, you know there will be plenty of miles, rodeo stories, and probably a dog or two involved along the way! 😂

We’re pretty lucky to have this kind of experience working behind the scenes at the Columbia River Circuit Finals.
