Congratulations to everyone who earned their spot in the August Committed Club by hitting 16+ check-ins! Your consistency, effort, and commitment are what continue to build the Adventure CrossFit community.

You’re not a robot đŸ€–so don’t lift like one! 🙅 Come join us at Adventure CrossFit for our second Olympic Lifting Clinic happening on Saturday, September 12 from 9-10:30am led by Coach Jen Jennifer King . We’ll be focusing primarily on the clean and jerk this session, but will be building skills that also transfer to snatching (in case you missed the first clinic 😉). Come ready to learn, move, and challenge yourself to improve your technique!

This class will be occurring instead of our regular community class, and no childcare will be provided so please plan accordingly. Attendance for members is free, and it’s $30 for non-members to join. Please DM us if you’re interested!

For Time (in a Team of Three):
Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)
Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Air Squats
Push-Ups
Burpees
Pull-ups
Sit-Ups
Run (100m = 10 reps)
Double-Unders
Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
Ball Slams (20/14 lb)
Single arm Dumbbell Push Press (50/35 lb)

As a team, complete a total of 1776 reps of
all movements, in any order.

200 reps max per movement. Each teammate must do at least 10 reps of each.

Hey everyone! Let’s get together for a day trip up in the Trinity Alps next Saturday!

The gym will be CLOSED that day so come join!

⛰Leaving the gym at 7am
⛰Kid friendly short hike 1.8 miles (carry them if you need to)
⛰Excellent fishing
⛰The water is nice! Jump on in!
⛰Beautiful views
⛰Lots of awesome places nearby to explore and hike to
⛰Bring a day pack, some food, and maybe a blanket or packable camp chair to relax on.
