Hi, my name is Brecia, and this is a page dedicated to the movement. A few years ago, my late husband wrote a song that became the anthem of his life and the legacy lives on. He’s been gone for 2 years now, and people still ask where they can buy merch, so here is a place where you can do that. Give us a follow and let’s continue to change the world!

Come join us as we launch RISE Barre Fitness! Bring a yoga mat, water, wear your socks, and come prepared to get sweaty and fit! Classes will run 45-50 minutes. We will have an activity area set up for kids, so feel free to bring them along, they might even want to join in!

Class costs: $10 for drop in, $40 for 5 class card, or $70 a month unlimited (that’s less than $6.00 a class!)
