Venturing Crew 5.14

Crew 5.14 meets at Reading Rocks every Wednesday of the month to learn and develop climbing skills and enjoy outdoor activities.

Venturing Crew 5.14 from Hawk Mountain Council, Boy Scouts of America is sponsored by the Birdsboro Area Climbers Association and meets at the Reading Rocks Climbing Gym each Wednesday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Each meeting's program varies depending on the program planned by our youth leadership and will frequently include learning and working on climbing skills, outdoor activities, preparing for campouts, working on advancement or other projects.

An excellent day of climbing at The Bird with Venturing Crew 5.14. Beer wall and Hidden wall, nine routes set! These young men are working hard and leading the adventure.

Crew 5.14 volunteering at Reading Rocks climbing gym (currently under renovation), putting together the new Kilter Board.

When the climbing gym is closed for renovations, we picnic.

Crew 5.14 volunteered at the WWII weekend at Reading Airport, assisting with breakdown after enjoying a day at the event. Supplemented by some Troop 430 scouts.
