Sebago Outfitters and the property will be listed for sale starting April 17th.

Before it goes public, I wanted to give anyone local who may be interested the opportunity to reach out and learn more.

The property includes the retail store, a residential home (currently tenant-occupied), a quonset hut, and an additional small retail space offering a lot of potential depending on your vision.

This space has meant a lot to me, and I’m grateful for everyone who’s been part of it.

This past year brought a lot of change, and it led me to make some big decisions with Sebago Outfitters- decisions I’m finally ready to share.

Between running multiple businesses, being a full-time single mom, and navigating health challenges, I had to slow down. During that time, I also unexpectedly lost my employee due to a serious personal matter while I was on restrictions from a broken leg.

At that point, it became clear I couldn’t continue operating the store as it needed, and I made the decision to step away. Focus on healing and spending time with my son.

It wasn’t an easy choice, but it was the right one.

I’m incredibly grateful for this community and everyone who supported the store along the way. You helped bring this vision to life, and I’ll always cherish the memories and connections.

A new chapter has begun, and I’m trusting God that I’m exactly where I need to be.
