The human body is essentially the ultimate symbol of status... taking the top spot against the social norms ( cars, luxury items, etc. )

Having your physiological s**t together shows discipline, dedication, and self actualization. It's basically a testament of your commitment to both health and personal development.

Cars can simply be purchased with money... while a body with its edges sharpened can only be earned through consistent and persistent efforts. Your body will literally be a mirror reflection of your priorities, habits, and your mindset. Imagine it like a canvas hanging on the wall, displaying the choices you've made with your lifestyle.

Think of this as an investment in yourself that pays its dividends with delayed gratifications. Things like vigor, vitality, confidence, & longevity are all apart of this appreciation.

A worthy body is your vessel for life that will open doors for you no luxury car can. It truly allows you a life of freedom and the ability to crush your career and obviously tackle any real life physical challenges - many of them with ease.

When you prioritize your health - not only do you sculpt your physique, but you shape your future as well.

While fitness isn't everything - is sure as hell is something.

The novelty of a car wears off after you have it for a while, but a body that's pushed to adapt will be a vehicle you enjoy rolling around in forever.

Don't weaken,

W E D G E D 📐

One thing you’ll notice consistently in my quad biased squat patterns is heel elevation. I use wedges ranging from 10–30° with myself and clients because they allow significantly greater knee flexion and squat depth while maintaining a more vertical torso, even when ankle dorsiflexion is limited.
( *ankles arent the only limitation to very deep ranges. )

Without that elevation, someone lacking adequate ankle range will often compensate with excessive forward torso lean, reduced knee travel, and a dramatically shortened range of motion. Basically, the squat starts looking less like a quad exercise and more like somebody trying to pick up their car keys without bending their knees.

Does every squat need maximum depth and knee flexion? No. But when the objective is quad bias, accessing the greatest available, controllable range is incredibly valuable.

My philosophy isn’t to identify a limitation and permanently avoid it. It’s to determine what’s limiting the position, build the required capacity, and use intelligent tools to access it along the way. Deep knee flexion is a capacity worth having for being able to move well...use a low s**tter effortlessly...as well as developing good legs.

Cheeks to sneaks....ass to grass...glutes to boots....booty to basement...
..Take that ass somewhere your ankle mobility didn’t know existed.

With strength,
