Why do you show at Gold N Grand?
For Kairis, it started with what she calls “the craziest idea ever.” Just one year into riding, her trainer believed she was ready to take on Gold N Grand — and she went for it.
Her first show brought a first ribbon. Now, she’s winning buckles.
But for Kairis, it’s about more than the ribbons. Riding is her self-care. It’s where everything pours out of you, and somehow, it pours right back in.
Stories like Kairis’ are what make Gold N Grand — and Murieta Equestrian Center — so special. It’s about giving riders a place to learn, compete, grow, and create memories with their horses.
Gold N Grand is for everyone.

Meet Ann Dennis.
If you've been to Gold N Grand, chances are you've seen Ann Dennis hard at work. Around here, she's known as the lady who doesn't stand still for long. As the course designer for the Ranch Trail, Ann pours her heart into creating a course that challenges riders, rewards good horsemanship, and always puts the horse first.
"Watching riders grow is why we do this. Every obstacle is designed with the horse and rider in mind, creating a course that's enjoyable, educational, and keeps people coming back. At Gold N Grand, the horse comes first. When we look up and see the alleyway full of horses and exhibitors waiting their turn, we know we're doing something right. That's what it's all about—creating a place where people love to show, learn, and make memories with their horses."
We're proud to work alongside horsemen and horsewomen like Ann, whose passion and dedication help make every event at Murieta Equestrian Center something special.
