Technique Kids' Activity Center is where kids (walking age to 17 years old) build athletic skills and confidence while enthusiastic staff encourages self-esteem and skill development. Our programs allow kids of all abilities to participate in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, kids fitness programs and a variety of other fun activities. We do have both girls and boys USA competitive gymnastics teams and competitive dance teams for those athletics wanting to compete.

Join us for Ready, Set, Kindergarten!, a 4-week parent-child program designed to help children build the confidence, independence, and foundational skills needed for a successful start to school.

Developed in partnership with Occupational Therapist and fellow Technique parent, Eileen Noyer, this hands-on program focuses on:

✏️ School readiness
✂️ Fine motor development
🎒 Independence skills
👂 Listening and following directions
⭐ Confidence-building through guided activities

Parents participate alongside their child and leave with practical tools they can continue using at home.
