Explore all the parks, trails, greenways, lakes, and outdoors.

The people!! And the fact that there is no judgement for scaling
What is one fitness goal you have in the coming year?
Continue to work on hanging from the rig - pull ups and toes to bar
If a workout was named after you, it would definitely have what movement? Why?
AbMat sit ups - they are by far the easiest movement for me
What's one thing you’ve achieved since becoming a member?
Feeling stronger - not just physically, but in every capacity of my life
What class time do you usually come to?
7:30am usually but if that doesn't work for my schedule then 12pm occasionally

What is your favorite thing to do in Raleigh?
I like going out to dinner with family and friends, playing golf and working out!
What is your favorite thing about Triangle CrossFit?
It is a great atmosphere. I like the structure of workouts and the opportunity to scale and still be productive.
What is one fitness goal you have in the coming year?
Stay steady with my workout plan to stay in shape and build functional strength.
If a workout was named after you, it would definitely have what movement? Why?
Bike and burpees - These are movements that I can do well and not much risk.
What's one thing you’ve achieved since becoming a member?
I am able to do things I couldn't do before joining. Climbing the rope and solid continuous push ups.
What class time do you usually come to?
