Join Julia for a playful afternoon of movement, mindfulness, laughter, and connection. Family Yoga is designed especially for families with children ages 3β10 and focuses less on perfect poses and more on enjoying time together.

Join Allison for a special afternoon that blends the grace of Gentle Flow with the healing power of live violin and cello. We'll begin with mindful movement, allowing breath and music to guide us through a gentle practice designed to help you settle into your body and quiet the mind.
Then, as movement gives way to stillness, you'll be immersed in a live String Sound Bath featuring violinist Allison Willet and cellist Emma Caterinicchio. Let the rich tones of the cello and the soaring melodies of the violin wash over you as you rest, restore, and reconnect.

Our Kids Yoga Series with Julia invites children ages 5β10 to explore yoga through games, stories, music, movement, mindfulness, and imagination.
Kids will build:

Weβre so happy to welcome Amelia Harding to the Bliss teaching community!
π€Amelia first came to yoga through simple curiosity, but what keeps bringing her back is the way the practice helps her feel recharged physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually
πΏHer teaching style is thoughtful, supportive, and rooted in kindness. Students can expect classes that encourage them to meet themselves exactly where they are, embracing both strengths and challenges with curiosity and compassion. Amelia also loves building sequences gradually, helping students notice how they expand and grow throughout class
