Welcome to Part 3 of 3 of Valerie’s series! In this installment, Valerie speaks on how strong glutes, hips, and thighs create a foundation of support for the entire body. Strong hips and legs help create stability for the pelvis and spine, allowing the body to move more efficiently and confidently.
Valerie has experienced firsthand how developing strength throughout the entire body - not just the area that hurts - can support long-term movement, resilience, and quality of life.

Meet Valerie!
You probably already know and love her as one of our incredible instructors, but what you may not know is the journey that brought her here.
After experiencing chronic back pain and undergoing spinal surgery, Valerie had to rebuild her relationship with movement from the ground up. Through patience, persistence, education, and Pilates, she found her way back to doing the things she loves - and now helps others do the same.
Join us for this special 3-part series as Valerie shares her story, the lessons she learned along the way, and the movement practices that helped her return to living fully, moving freely, and ultimately teaching others.
