I’m working independently through my own business (💅), which means I’m not tied to any gym or company.

During that session, we’ll go over:
- your goals
- movement patterns
- training history
- where your body is currently at
Nothing extreme or intimidating.
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about what continued training could look like.
If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, that’s completely okay too. No pressure. No awkwardness. - And I’ll still try to send you off with some helpful direction moving forward.
