This Thursday, we'll explore how courage begins in the heart and how a grateful life can give us the strength to meet challenges with greater resilience, authenticity, and hope.

Together, we'll reflect on the questions:

✨ Where is life inviting me to be a little braver?
✨ How can gratitude give me the courage to become more fully myself?
