Okay guys...I'm starting September a couple days early.
The September Reset is officially live.
I've been talking about what's happening at Gratitude over the last few days...and now I can finally tell you the rest.
Before we close the doors for our studio refresh, I wanted to give people a really simple reason to come back to their practice.
10 classes for $149
Regularly $199
5 classes for $89
Regularly $119
No membership. No long-term commitment. You have 60 days to use your classes, beginning with your first visit.
Just come back.
And I want to be clear about something...
We're not changing Gratitude because something was broken.
Quite the opposite.
The work happening inside these walls has never been better. Just in the last month, three more 5-star reviews came in from people experiencing what Gratitude has always been about.
The room isn't the practice. It's where we practice.
And after seven years at Falls River, we're simply giving that room some love.
We close September 6th & 7th.
We reopen September 8th with new floors, new lighting, fresh paint, new seating, a completely redesigned retail area...and a few other things I'm not showing you yet. 😉
Same Gratitude. Same practice. Same soul.
The September Reset ends Friday, September 4th.
If something in you has been saying it's time to come back...
maybe this is your moment.

Maybe it's time to come back to that Gratitude Feeling?

Seven years.
Raleigh's best yoga studio seven years running.
Five star reviews coming in this week... with the space exactly as it is right now.
That tells you something.
What happens in that room has never been about the room.
It has been about what happens inside you when you walk through the door. The breath you find when you think you have nothing left. The stillness that shows up after the storm. The version of yourself you meet on the mat that you did not know existed.
The space has always been the container. The community has always been the content.
And now... we are giving the container what it always deserved.
New hardwood floors. Accent walls. Chandeliers down the hallway. A lobby that finally reflects the beauty of the work happening inside it.
We close September 6th and 7th.
We reopen September 8th.
And before we do... we have something special for the people who built this place with us.
More on that tomorrow.
We have been thinking about this for a while.
The floors. The walls. The lighting. The whole feel of the space.
The Falls location is getting a complete makeover.
New floors. Accent walls. Chandeliers down the hallway.
We close the doors September 6th and 7th to make it happen.
And when we reopen on the 8th... it is going to be a completely different experience.
Before we close, we are doing something we haven't done in over a year!
More on that tomorrow.
Summer's over.
The kids are back in school.
The schedule is back.
And tonight... so are we.
Two classes. 5pm and 6:15pm. Hot flow with Ro.
Wednesday nights were made for this.
Come as you are. Leave different.

There's a kind of student I've watched in this room for years.
They're not here just to sweat. They're here because something on the mat is teaching them something about their life. The way they hold a pose is the way they hold a hard conversation. The way they breathe through resistance is the way they move through the world.
If that's you... I want to invite you into something deeper.
The Student Yoga Study starts September 28. Eight weekends. RYT-200 certified.
This isn't just teacher training. It's the most integrated version of this work I've ever built. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual... all four, in the same room, with people who show up the same way you do.
You don't have to want to teach to do this. You just have to be ready to go deeper.

Today marks 20+ years since we first opened the doors to Inner Strength.
So much has happened since then, moves, kids, doors opened and closed, a pandemic, plenty of challenges and a whole lot of life. It hasn’t always been easy, but has absolutely been worth it.
What stands out most after all these years are the people. The students, teachers, friends, and community who have been part of this journey with us. Some for a short time, some for decades, and so many who become much more than the people we met at the studio.
Inner Strength has grown and changed, and eventually became Gratitude, but what has always mattered most hasn’t changed, the relationships, the connections, and the community we’ve built along the way.
More than 20 years later we feel incredibly lucky to still be doing this and have shared so much of our lives with all of you.
Here’s to all the chapters behind us and the ones still to come.

She walked in quiet.
Found her mat. Got to work.
79 minutes later she was outside flexing and laughing.
The watch caught the work.
The photo caught the feeling.
509 calories. Average heart rate 136 BPM. Sustained. For the full class.
People ask me all the time if yoga is enough. If they still need the gym, the spin class, the trainer.
Here's my honest answer.
For a lot of people... one practice done right, in the right room, with the right guidance...
Is more than enough.
Every component of physical fitness the American Council on Exercise defines...muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, body composition... in one class.

Gratitude Hot Yoga Center Most walk in feeling pressure and tension. They leave saying "I really needed that." That's The Gratitude Way.
She had already done a teacher training.
Something was off. She couldn't name it exactly. But she knew.
A friend told her about Gratitude. She came in, took some classes, felt the room... and something clicked that hadn't clicked before.
That was the beginning.
She went through our teacher training this past year. Eight weekends. And somewhere in those eight weekends, she noticed herself gripping the steering wheel on the way to class one morning.
Not because she was late. Not because traffic was bad.
Just... gripping.
And then she caught it. That pause between the grip and the breath... that's the whole practice right there.
Dana teaches here now.
Mondays at 6am. Fridays at 8am.
She came looking for what was missing. She found it. And now she gives it.
That's The Gratitude Way.
