I help you get consistent with your health & fitness so you can lose body fat & feel confident again!
3 things that’ll get you out of your comfort zone:
✨ do hard things to become confident
✨ most limitations are self-imposed
✨ growth requires discomfort
i never wanted to do a HYROX solo, but two things happened over the weekend: I did a Hyrox women’s open solo AND traveled to a new city!
we can only be better if we DO, not try.
1. Doing random workouts every week. Jumping from hot Pilates or Sculpt → running more miles than your body is ready for → HIIT every day → lifting with no structured program makes progress harder to track.
2. Treating every workout like it needs to crush you. Hey… they shouldn’t.
3. Under eating, especially protein. Skipping meals all day can lead to low energy, cravings, plateaus and poor recovery.
4. Working out for 45 mins, then sitting the rest of the day. Your workout matters, but so does your movement outside the gym. Go on a walk while on the work call (if you can).
5. Locking in Monday–Friday then completely going off the cuff on weekends. Your body doesn’t know what day it is. You don’t have to be perfect but being consistent keeps you on track.
6. Comparing your routine to fitness influencers. It’s a great career & motivator but your schedule, stress, recovery, and lifestyle are different. Build a routine that fits YOU.
So! Build habits OVER TIME that you can sustain. Rome wasn’t built in a day…
✨
I hear it all the time, “I feel off.” Which is understandable, life happens. BUT there’s that little voice telling you to go. There’s plenty of days I don’t feel like going either, but I go, whether I do what’s planned for the day or something else.
There’s A LOT of days you & I are tired, busy, overwhelmed, or would rather lay on the couch. But I’ve learned that consistency isn’t about always feeling motivated as it is just showing up anyway.
At some point, you have to decide that the goals you say you want are worth showing up for. And you SHOULD want to show up for yourself like you show up for others.
The workout you almost skipped.
The walk you didn’t want to take.
The healthy nutrition choice nobody saw.
Those small decisions add up more than you think.
Consistency isn’t glamorous, but it’s what changes you.
Comment and just let us know you showed up today. 💪🏾
