New gym dog alert 🚨
I don’t bring my pups to the gym often, it is a place to workout first after all. But once in awhile one of our pack comes by, and this month we got a new addition! This is ms Willie Mae, and she’s some type of mix (we think mastiff - pit bull). She’s extremely timid but she’s learning humans aren’t all scary. So if you see one of my other pups at the gym they will surely greet you, this one may just watch from a distance!

We recently sent a survey out to all our members to ask what they like, dislike, ratings, and more. And we are EXTREMELY grateful for the feedback - both good and bad. We learned a lot about what people want us to work on next, but also what they love about the place as it sits. This gym is a constant work in progress, we aim for better every single day (sorry, I didn’t come from money and I am too explicit to get investors), and we seek gradual improvement over time. More changes coming - and yes I fu***ng hear you, we are getting new leg extension curl machines. Here is a collection of some of what our anonymous surveys said. Thanks archetype family!
I get this message about once a week: “are you content creator friendly?” My answer is always the same - “sure, as long as your tripod isn’t in the middle of the room or in anyone’s way, you aren’t interfering with others ability to workout freely and it doesn’t become a distraction to others.” They never respond back 🤣🤣. That ain’t an unrealistic ask is it?
