Just seven days remain until we reopen our newly renovated 18-hole golf course at RGA! ⛳
We’re excited to welcome golfers back to the course on September 4. Regular tee times will be available beginning at 2:00pm.
We’re proud to bring a refreshed 18-hole golf experience to the Triangle’s public golf community and look forward to welcoming you back to RGA! 🏌️♂️
The driving range at RGA is taking shape ⛳️
Phase 2 of the renovation project is officially complete, with golf course architect Kris Spence and the project team finalizing sprigging and bunker renovations across the front nine this month.
The transformation continues as construction begins on Raleigh Golf Association's new state-of-the-art practice facility, featuring a 60,000-square-foot practice tee and a 9,400-square-foot chipping and putting green.
Work will continue throughout the summer and into early fall, with a focus on completing the new driving range and supporting the continued growth and maturation of the renovated front nine. Each phase of this project has been thoughtfully designed to preserve RGA’s rich heritage while enhancing the experience for today’s players and future generations.

Phase 2 is underway at RGA, and progress is moving steadily. 🚧⛳️
Greens are being rebuilt with new root-zone mix, bunkers are being reshaped with updated drainage and capillary concrete, and surrounding areas are beginning to be sodded as the next chapter of the transformation takes shape.
