As Pride Month comes to a close, we want to celebrate and recognize every person who has walked through our doors exactly as they are. 🌈

It’s time to level up. 💪
From June 29 – July 25, we’re focusing on building strength, improving endurance, and tracking progress with two key movements:
🔥 Push-Ups – Max Reps
Track your progress each week as you build upper body strength and muscular endurance.
🏋️ RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts) – 15 • 12 • 10 • 8 Reps
Increase your weight as the reps decrease to develop a stronger posterior chain, improve stability, and build total-body power.
⚡ Monthly Performance Challenge: ALL GAS. NO BREAKS.
Think you’ve got what it takes?
⏱️ 3-Minute Time Cap
Complete as many reps as possible of 1-Arm Alternating Half Devil’s Presses, with 10 V-Ups every time you break. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just grit.

We’re so excited to officially introduce Allison as our new Operations Manager at Burn Boot Camp Northwest Raleigh! 🩵
Allison has consistently shown leadership, care for our members, and a true passion for our community. From supporting camps to building relationships and stepping up wherever needed, she has already made such a huge impact behind the scenes.
In this new role, Allison will be helping lead operations, support our team, enhance the member experience, and continue helping NW grow into the strong community we know it can be.
