Change rarely happens all at once.
It happens one workout.
One walk.
One stretch before bed.
One healthy meal.
One decision to keep going instead of giving up.
Over the past month, we've talked about strength, movement, recovery, and endurance.
None of those habits are powerful because you did them once.
They're powerful because you practiced them consistently enough for them to start feeling normal.
That's how a lifestyle is built.
Not through dramatic transformations.
Through ordinary choices repeated often enough that they become part of who you are.
If you've been following along this month, take a minute to recognize your progress.
Maybe you're stronger.
Maybe you're moving more.
Maybe you're recovering better.
Maybe you're simply paying more attention to how you care for yourself.
Don't overlook those wins.
They're the foundation of everything that comes next.
✨ Progress isn't built in one big moment. It's built in the small choices you make every day.

February in St Lucia.
Warm Caribbean air.
Incredible scenery.
Space to think, breathe, connect and experience something completely different from everyday life.
In February 2027, we're heading to St Lucia for a brand new retreat experience, and while we're not quite ready to reveal everything we've planned, we can tell you that this is going to be special.
Alison's retreats are designed around what happens when you take yourself out of your usual environment and give yourself the time to pay attention to the things that normally get pushed aside.
The ideas you've been sitting on.
The decisions you've been postponing.
The parts of your life that deserve more of your attention.
And the person you want to be as you move into your next chapter.
This time, we'll be doing that against the spectacular backdrop of one of the Caribbean's most beautiful islands.

The full details will be revealed in time.

The businesses that last aren't necessarily the ones that found the perfect formula.
They're the ones that kept paying attention.
What's working?
What has stopped working?
What are your clients asking for now?
What could you deliver differently if you stopped protecting the way you've always done things?
I learned this long before I became a business owner.
As a competitive swimmer, your stroke from last season was never sacred. You looked at your splits, paid attention to what was happening in the water, and adjusted.
Business requires the same willingness to evolve.
Retreats weren't part of my original business plan. They came from recognising that some of the transformations my clients needed couldn't happen in another hour-long call or online program.
They needed time.
Space.
Different conversations.
A different environment.
And the opportunity to get far enough away from their normal routine to see their business differently.
That's part of what we're creating in Sancerre.
An opportunity to look closely at the business you've built, reconnect with the promise at the heart of it, and explore what your next evolution could look like.
Because innovation doesn't always begin with a huge new idea.
Sometimes it begins with being brave enough to admit that what got you here might need adjusting to take you where you want to go next.
If you've been sensing that something in your business wants to shift, pay attention to it.
Sancerre could be the space where you finally work out what it's been trying to tell you.
DM now to join us there.

What if the secret to getting stronger isn't pushing harder...it's simply not stopping?
One of the biggest misconceptions about endurance is that it's about pushing yourself to the limit.
It's not.
Real endurance is built by showing up consistently.
Not with one all-out workout, but with steady effort you can sustain week after week.
That's what creates lasting results.
This month we've talked about strength, movement, and recovery. Endurance brings all of those pieces together.
It's what helps you keep moving when life gets busy.
It's what allows you to build habits you can actually maintain.
Because fitness isn't about one great workout.
It's about showing up again tomorrow.
And the day after that.
This week, choose one activity you enjoy—a walk, a bike ride, a hike, or a workout—and focus on keeping a steady, sustainable pace.
You don't have to go all out.
You just have to keep going.
💬 What's one habit that's becoming part of your lifestyle instead of something you have to force yourself to do?
