Over the years we’ve heard time and time again (and still do) that meal prep takes too long. Or the other common one is eating healthy is too expensive.

We’ve spent 100’s of hours doing our own research, experimenting and yes cooking to find the most efficient and cheap options for prepping your own food.

Here’s a great, quick and affordable meal option. If you’re a fan of Mexican food you’ll love this one.

Get out the crock pot. It’ll probably take you longer to find the crock pot and plug it in than it will to prep for this meal. Add 1-4 skinless boneless chicken breasts and a large jar of salsa, or two. Turn it on. Boom. Done.

Pictured below is 2 cups of the crock pot salsa chicken, teaspoon of sour cream, teaspoon of plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and all the lettuce, tomatoes and onions ya want and your favorite hot sauce. Normally this is put in a tortilla shell, but I only had corn tortillas so it’s an open faced soft taco lol

🔥🔥Parents... and honestly, adults too... this one's for you.🔥🔥

I recently started working with a teenager who spent our entire workout looking down.

Not because he was lazy.
Not because he didn't care.

Because he was most likely embarrassed. First time in a bog box gym, first time working out with me and not happy with his current fitness level.

In that moment, I realized this isn't just a lesson for kids—it's a lesson for all of us.

At some point, we've all been the person who didn't know what we were doing. The difference between those who grow and those who stay stuck isn't talent...

It's having the courage to 🔥🔥look up🔥🔥, ask questions, learn, and keep showing up.

I wrote this blog because I think every teenager, every parent, and every adult who's ever doubted themselves needs to hear this message.

Sometimes the greatest strength isn't knowing...
It's believing you're capable of learning.
