Join us at Fit & Flow for the best fitness and wellness fest in Raleigh!! This event brings together some of the best people, studios, and wellness professionals in the Triangle for a morning rooted in movement, connection, and community.. what a vibe 🤩
Our instructor Chelsea will be teaching Barre at 12! We’re bringing strength, control, and that signature glow. We’ll also have a table at the event serving nothing but vibes, come say hi! Tickets are available in our bio ✨
