Foundations is our new course for first-time wrestlers — stance, motion, takedowns, escapes, and the habits that build champions.

Taught from zero. No experience needed. Just show up ready to work.

Session I: Sept 5 – Oct 11 · 6 weekends · 12 practices

Youth Foundations (elementary & middle school)

High School Foundations (ages 13–18)

2024 Olympian. 5th Place World Finish. NCAA All-American. 8 years repping Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 on the world stage. NJ State Champion.

Coach Ethan will be running our Friday Youth practices and Friday Night Scraps — starting TONIGHT. A very unique perspective on the staff and we couldn’t be more excited!

Lauren Samuel. At 14 years old, Lauren is a U15 Pan-Am champion, and is #3 in the country. Her ceiling keeps rising and if you have seen her train it wouldn’t surprise you one bit - big things are coming!

Lauren dominates her way through the 58kg field at the 2026 Pan-American Championships, tech-falling or pinning all of her opponents without conceding a point. She’s coming home with a gold medal around her neck.🥇🇺🇸
