A strong first showing at Larry King Law's Langley Speedway for Levi Canup in the Legends car.
Levi qualified P3 out of 19 cars in a stout field in his first-ever visit to Langley. After firing off strong on a restart, he worked his way to the front and took the lead, leading several laps before getting a little loose off Turn 2 and giving up the top spot. He battled hard the rest of the way and brought it home P4.
Overall, we’re very happy with the speed and the result from our first trip to Langley. Dillon Spain Motorsports had the car on rails all weekend, giving Levi a great piece to learn a new track and compete for the win. We learned a lot, proved we could run at the front, and look forward to coming back.

This weekend we decided to make the trip to to Langley Speedway were we qualified P3 out of 19 cars. Dillon Spain Motorsports has this hooked up as always. Not bad for our first time here. Sitting on go for tonight’s race.

A little behind in the social media. Last weekend we made the trip to Carteret County Speedway were we tied the pole time that put us starting P2. From there not much excitement we would finish where we started in P2.

🏆 TRACK CHAMPION! 🏆
We’re proud to announce that Levi Canup has won the Southern National Motorsports Park Legends Track Championship!
What makes this championship even more special is that it was never really part of the plan. We weren’t chasing points at the beginning of the season. After a strong Speedweeks effort and finishing second in the championship there, things just seemed to fall into place, and before we knew it, we found ourselves in contention for a track title.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to be at the final race as Levi had other commitments, but the hard work throughout the season was enough to secure the championship.
A huge thank you to Dillon Spain Motorsports for always providing us with a fast and competitive race car. Having great equipment makes all the difference, and we appreciate everything you do for our program.
We’d also like to thank Southern National Motorsports Park, along with Mike Diaz and Mason Diaz, for their continued support of the Legends community. They consistently put on great events, maintain an outstanding facility, and provide racers with a place we’re proud to compete.
Congratulations to Levi on an unexpected but well-earned championship. Sometimes the best accomplishments are the ones you never set out to achieve.

Rolled into Southern National Motorsports Park and picked up both Feature wins. Start both races from the pole and lead every lap. Can’t thank Dillon Spain Motorsports enough for giving my one fast ride.
Levi Canup completes the sweep in Legends.

Race 2 didn’t go our way. Inverts are never good. Rolled off P4 and got run over going into turn 4 on lap 2. That put us at the back and were able to drive through the field back to 5th. With no cautions we just ran out of time.
All in all it was a fun weekend bringing home two 2nds place finishes at Wake County Speedway on Saturday And a win and top 5 at Southern National Motorsports Park on Sunday. And take the points lead at SNMP.
Can’t thank my team Dillon Spain Motorsports and Dillon Spain enough for all of the hard work that goes into making this car a rocket ship and taking the time to coach me into being a better driver. We do all over again in two weeks.
