A new survey of remote-working Americans reveals that 38% admit to regularly working from bed! 71% say they are “improvising” their workspace. 45% admit to regularly working from the couch and 19% say they set up their office in a closet!
Working from home is not as soothing a relaxing on the couch or lounging in bed. The poor posture and prolonged time holding awkward positions has led to 81% of survey respondents to suffer pain on a weekly basis. 50% say they would prefer to work in the office due to their lack of optimal workspace.
For those who make sure you have the ability to set up your screen and wrist positioning to best align the head and neck. Forward head in you can lead to lack of focus, headache, eye strain, and will most likely mean your arms will not be properly positioned either.
