With the 13th pick of the MLR College Draft, the Free Jacks select William Lindsay out of University of Mary Washington.
A native of Christchurch, New Zealand, Lindsay brings leadership and versatility to the back line after captaining Mary Washington during his senior season.
The Christchurch Boys High School product closed out his college career by leading the Eagles to a 24-18 win over St. Thomas in the Cowpens Bowl, making his mark on both sides of the ball in the victory.

With the 10th pick of the MLR College Draft, the Free Jacks select scrumhalf Cormac Saint out of Cal Varsity Rugby
The 6’0”, 185-pound scrumhalf capped his time with the Golden Bears with a standout senior season, bringing composure, distribution, physicality, and leadership to the No. 9 jersey.
Originally born in England and raised in California, Saint came through Mother Lode Rugby Club before progressing through several high-level academy and representative programs. He also helped the North American Lions to a runner-up finish at the 2021 Dubai 7s U19 Invitational.

With the 5th pick of the MLR College Draft, the Free Jacks select back row Owen Clarke out of Brown University.
A former Division I defensive end, Clarke returned to rugby this past spring after four years of football at Brown. Since then, he’s earned NCR All-American honors, helped Brown 7s finish among the top five nationally, won the NCR All-Star Tournament, making two starts for the Free Jacks Academy.
The Connecticut native also brings plenty of rugby experience, with two High School All-American seasons and time representing the USA U20s.
