At last weekends Proving Grounds, we won all the team awards: Best Children’s Team, Best Adults Team, Most Dominant Academy, and Best Overall Team. On top of that our student Carter won Fastest Youth Nogi Submission with a Kimora in 8.7 seconds. We are beyond proud of the competition team we’ve built in the past year at Vanguard 🔥🙌🏽

Our kids team did AMAZING!

Vanguard won every category this weekend, but we absolutely crushed it for the best childrens team with 144 points. The next team had 88.
