VOLUNTEERS & INTERNS.. This is for you!

Are you a middle school, high school, or college student interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional sports environment?

The Virginia Valley Vipers are looking for motivated individuals to join us on game days and get an inside look at what it takes to operate a professional basketball organization both on and off the court!

GAME-DAY SCHEDULE 🏀
(Season Starts in March and ends early June)
• Saturday games — 7:00 PM tip-off
• Sunday games — 3:00 PM tip-off
• Volunteers should arrive 2 hours before tip-off

🚨 BENEFITS 🚨

• Real experience in a professional sports environment
• Community service hours for school requirements
• Resume-building experience with a professional sports organization
• Exposure to sports careers beyond being an athlete
• Develop teamwork, communication, leadership & responsibility
• Hands-on experience with game-day operations, setup, fan engagement & events
• Opportunities to interact with coaches, athletes, managers & business professionals
• Networking opportunities that can help with future internships and employment
• Learn about careers in marketing, media, broadcasting, event management, sales, business & sports operations
• Build professional connections and create experiences for your portfolio

Since our organization began we have had volunteers from middle school, high school, and college internship programs gain valuable experience with the Vipers. Some have gone on to build professional portfolios and receive employment opportunities as a result of the experience they gained.

If you’re looking to learn, grow, network, and get your foot in the door of the sports industry, this could be a great opportunity for you!

The Virginia Valley Vipers are actively recruiting talented, competitive, and coachable players with great character to join our 2027 professional basketball team.

This is your opportunity to step on the court, showcase your talent, and compete to earn your spot.

The Vipers have a strong presence throughout the community, and making a positive impact is a major part of who we are. That means we are intentionally looking for athletes who not only perform on the court, but also carry themselves with integrity, professionalism, accountability, and leadership.

Patrick Henry College has been more than just a place where we played basketball. It became an important part of our journey, our growth, and our connection with the Purcellville-Loudoun County community.

Today, September 11, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost on 9/11. 🇺🇸🕊️

The Virginia Valley Vipers organization sends our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones who continue to carry the memories of those lost.

We also honor the first responders, service members, and countless heroes who demonstrated incredible courage and sacrifice.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Another Kids Fest is officially in the books for the Virginia Valley Vipers! 🐍💜

Hosted by Loudoun County PRCS at Segra Field 🏟️, this marks the second consecutive year the Vipers have participated in this awesome annual event and it definitely did not disappoint! From endless fun activities to live music, there was something for everyone to enjoy!

A special thank you to our Head Coach Jasper Williams, Assistant Coach Coach Samir, and General Manager Davis Rosen for coming out and enjoying their first Kids Fest experience with the Vipers! 🐍💜
