Awesome trip to spend time at Brother’s Gym Brothers Gym and Supplements in Greeley this weekend! I didn’t get a pick with Lee Priest Lee mccutcheon but his seminar and visit went great and they had a packed house! Lee is truly a legend!
Hit quads and calves! Brother’s Gym has a collection of amazing old school equipment!
We used the Nautilus leg extension and I worked up to the entire stack for a set. I forgot how heavy this bad boy is!
The awesome Cybex leg press was next. This machine is famous because Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates used it at his gym, Temple Gym, during his reign as Mr. Olympia.
Up next we did the MegaMass swing squat. We also have this piece. It’s been a staple in my routine so we worked up to 7 plates woohoo! Kristy did 4/side and crushed it!
The Max Pump bulgarian swuat machine was AWESOME! First time EVER using this and my entire quads n hammies were fried after 4 sets of these! Absolutely phenomenal machine!
Raw Motive Works makes there equipment in the USA so I had to try a set on their true squat. This machine is brutal and heavy in the hole! Beautiful piece I couldn’t walk right after this!
Finished with some calves and called it a day!
It’s great to see them add equipment, have seminars and bring the community together! Support small businesses!!! Great weekend!
