The Pilates OG of Monterey County is accepting new clients beginning August 1.

After helping shape the Pilates community for more than 15 years, from Main Street Pilates in Salinas to COR Pilates in Toro Park and now back to her roots in Prunedale, Corinne has reopened her books for a limited number of new clients.

Since we are on the topic of apprentices, let’s reintroduce ! Known for her fast paced, detailed oriented and energetic classes, Sophia is the greatest apprentice has had to date. Many apprentices have walked the floors of , few have made the commitment, sacrifice and dedication that Sophia has made. In an industry that is rapidly changing and growing; arguably with certifications and education being challenged, Sophia has made a commitment of a professional to see this endeavor as a calling rather than a career. We are so excited to see the amazing work ahead of our talented, and “gorgeous” girl.
