Prosper Elite® Basketball is excited to welcome Mady Walker to the Elite Hoops Academy® Skills Training team!

Mady is a local Richland High School standout, three-year varsity athlete and Defensive Player of the Year.

Our Prosper Elite athletes don't just need coaches — they need examples. Young athletes who understand the work, commitment and discipline it takes to compete at a high level.

Our girls program continues to grow, and we're excited to welcome Coach Addyson Lamb to the Prosper Elite® Basketball coaching staff!

Coach Addyson brings experience as a high school basketball coach and a passion for helping athletes develop both on and off the court. Her focus on skill development, confidence, basketball IQ, and fostering a love for the game makes her a tremendous addition to our organization.

🏀 Welcome Coach Sharr Hamell to Elite Hoops Academy® & Prosper Elite® Basketball!

We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Sharr Hamell to the Elite Hoops Academy® and Prosper Elite® Basketball family!

Coach Sharr brings more than 12 years of coaching and player development experience, working with athletes from youth basketball through the high school level. As the founder of his own successful AAU organization in New York, he has led teams to championships while helping countless athletes advance to varsity basketball, nationally recognized AAU programs, prep schools, and the collegiate level.

But what impressed us most wasn't just his experience—it was his philosophy.

Coach Sharr believes in developing complete players by emphasizing:

📈 Long-term player development over short-term results

Playing up is never easy.

Michelle has joined our Prosper Elite® 2029/30 Girls Elite team and has made an immediate impact.

She gets downhill and puts pressure on defenses. She handles the ball with confidence, sees the floor exceptionally well, and delivers passes that create opportunities for her teammates. Her basketball IQ and feel for the game stand out every time she steps on the court.

Michelle is also developing into a dangerous perimeter threat. When she gets rolling, she can knock down shots in bunches and quickly change the momentum of a game.

What we love most is her competitiveness. She doesn't back down from older athletes, embraces the challenge of playing up, and continues to prove she belongs.

The future is bright for this young guard.
