Motivation Monday đź’™

You don't have to become someone new. You just have to become more connected to the person you already are.

Every workout is an opportunity—not to prove yourself, but to listen.

How are you breathing? How are you compensating?Where are you holding tension?Where have you gotten stronger?
Progress isn't measured by how hard you can push. It's measured by how aware you become.

At Re:Gen, we believe the body whispers long before it screams. The more we learn to move with intention instead of simply going through the motions, the more our nervous system begins to trust us. Strength follows. Confidence follows. Healing follows.
The goal has never been perfection. The goal is connection.
Connection to your breath.ďż˝
Connection to your body.ďż˝
Connection to your mind.ďż˝
And ultimately, connection to a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

This week, don't just complete the workout.

Experience it.

Because when your mind and body begin working together instead of against each other, that's when real transformation begins.

"Movement isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming present. And from that place, everything changes."

Xo, xo,
Jen

Motivation Monday đź’™
Why do we get so caught up in arriving at an endpoint in our fitness journey?
Does your body stay the same? Do you stay the same?
I hope not. In fact, I know I don’t.
As humans, we are constantly evolving. Our bodies change, our strengths change, our challenges change, and our opportunities for growth never stop. So why do we approach movement as if we’ve already arrived?
This week, instead of walking into class thinking, “I’ve got this,” try something different.
Bring your attention to what your instructor is saying. Notice the subtle cues. Feel how your body responds. Approach movements you’ve done a hundred times with curiosity rather than autopilot.
When we simply go through the motions because “this is how I’ve always done it,” movement becomes routine. And when movement becomes routine, progress slows. Strength building isn’t just physical—it’s developed through awareness, intention, and connection to the movement you’re creating.
Growth happens when we stay present.
This week, challenge yourself to listen, learn, and move with purpose. Your body is evolving every day. Your practice should too.
Stay present. Stay connected. Stay growing.
Xoxo,
Jen

đź’™MOTIVATION MONDAY
Summer isn’t about having the perfect body.
It’s about being in control of your breath, your mind, and your body.

It’s about creating strength, reducing stress, and building a nervous system that can handle whatever life throws your way. Your workouts aren’t just changing your body—they’re changing how you move, think, recover, and show up every day.
Stay consistent. Show up for yourself. Trust the process.

As you spend the summer living your best life, moving well, feeling strong, and taking care of yourself, you’ll look up one day and see someone more confident, more resilient, and stronger than ever before.
And those results you’ve been working for? They’ll be there too—but on a completely different level.

Let’s make this a summer of strength, confidence, and transformation. See you soon!
Xoxo, Jen

Nine years ago, Re:Gen began in a dance studio and any community center that would let me teach.

When it came time to open a studio, I knew I didn't want to do it alone. I asked my best friend, Bridget, to become my business partner. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I brought a passion for movement. She brought a passion for numbers and a firsthand understanding of the healing power of movement, having been one of my clients. Together, we shared something even bigger—a belief that our studio could be more than a place to exercise. We dreamed of building a community rooted in faith, service, healing, and genuine connection. Some might have called it unconventional, but we embraced it wholeheartedly.

Today, when I see our staff and apprentices showing up for each other's practice classes, test-outs, and private sessions, I know the heart of what we set out to build is alive and thriving. We laugh together daily, celebrate wins, problem-solve challenges, and continually learn from one another. That's what community looks like.

We have been blessed with an incredible team and an even more incredible Re:Gen family. To every client who has trusted us with your health and wellness journey, thank you for choosing us. To every staff member who jumps in to help, encourages a teammate, and serves our community with love and excellence, thank you for being the heartbeat of Re:Gen.

God has blessed us beyond what we could have imagined.

And next year... we celebrate the big 10! 🎉

Here's to nine years of movement, healing, friendship, faith, and community—and to the exciting chapter ahead.

WHAT WE SEE & HELP CORRECT IN LAGREE
Ever feel like you're working out consistently, but there are still those stubborn areas that just won't change?
The issue may not be effort—it could be movement patterns and form.
In Lagree, we often see:
✔️ Poor posture
✔️ Weak core engagement
✔️ Tight hips and hamstrings
✔️ Muscle imbalances
✔️ Lack of stability and control
✔️ Compensation patterns that prevent the right muscles from doing the work
When the body isn't moving efficiently, certain muscles take over while others remain underworked. This can make it harder to see results in those tricky, pesky areas you're trying so hard to change.
Lagree's slow, controlled movements help retrain the body, improve alignment, activate the correct muscles, and create lasting strength from the inside out.
Sometimes the key isn't working harder—it's moving smarter.
Come discover what your body is capable of when everything starts working together.

MOTIVATION MONDAY
In today's world, it's easy to see a picture, a pose, or an exercise and think the goal is to recreate it perfectly.
But is movement really about mastering a shape?
A picture captures a single moment. It doesn't show the awareness, the breath, the connection, the strength, the mobility, or the journey that created it.
True movement is not about achieving a position. It's about developing a deeper relationship with your body. It's about listening, adapting, learning, and discovering what is possible today—not what someone else's picture says should be possible.
The mind-body connection isn't built through perfection. It's built through practice. Through curiosity. Through showing up again and again with a willingness to learn.
And the beautiful thing is that there is no finish line.
There is always another layer of awareness, another level of understanding, another opportunity to grow.
Movement teaches us something profound about life: we were never meant to "arrive." We were meant to evolve.
The moment we think we've mastered it all is often the moment growth stops.
Keep exploring.
Keep learning.
Keep moving.
Because movement, like life, is not about reaching a destination—it's about who we become along the way.
Xoxo, Jen
