Would your church, workplace, club, or community organization be interested in hosting an accessible yoga class?

I’m looking for a few local groups interested in offering a 4–6 week Chair + Standing Yoga series at the place where their members, employees, or participants already gather.

This class would be designed for people who want to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence without getting down onto the floor. Participants could remain seated for the entire class or use a chair for support during standing movements.

Classes would meet once per week for 45–60 minutes. The host would provide an accessible space and chairs and help invite participants. Payment arrangements could include participant fees, host sponsorship, or a pay-what-you-can format.

This could be a good fit for:

• Churches and faith communities
• Workplaces
• Senior or community groups
• Apartment or housing communities
• Clubs, support groups, and nonprofit organizations

Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by today for a quick sample massage, asked questions, or just said hello! It was such a fun morning, and I’m grateful to Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce, The Vert , the other vendors, and everyone who came out to support local businesses.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 11, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM and spend the day shopping local, finding great deals, and enjoying a fun-filled day in downtown Pratt!

Follow the Ducks! Watch for colorful duck footprints and sidewalk chalk throughout downtown. They'll lead you from one participating business to the next. Make it your mission to visit them all!

Participating businesses will have specials, sales, and plenty of reasons to stop in and see what's new. Plus:
