Want to try a workout that never gets boring? Join us for our adult aerial silks class tonight (Mondays) at 7pm. No splits necessary, come as you are. We’ll show you what you’re capable of. It’s more than you think. Your first class is free, so no excuses! (Btw, the person pictured is in her 40s and was never an athlete, so don’t use that excuse either 😂)

We also have Adult Sling on Wednesdays at 7pm and Apparatus of Choice (Silks, Sling, Trapeze) on Thursdays at 7pm. See you then!

What’s an adult aerial silks class like at GymFit? We start low, talk it through, give you lots of demos, and walk you through it until you proudly figure it out, secretly building strength and confidence along the way. A workout that never gets boring! Come try it, your first class is free!

Adult Silks: Mondays at 7pm

Adult Mixed Apparatus (Silks/Sling/Trapeze—your choice): Thursdays at 7pm

Registration is now open for our upcoming DanceAcro & Advanced Acro Fall Specialty Series!

These are progressive specialty classes designed to help students build strength, flexibility, balance, technique, and acrobatic skills. Each week builds on the previous class, so regular attendance is encouraged.

📅 FALL SCHEDULE

DanceAcro
• Monday at 7:00 PM | Aug. 31 – Oct. 5 | 5 Weeks | $125
• Wednesday at 6:00 PM | Sept. 2 – Oct. 7 | 6 Weeks | $150
• Thursday at 5:00 PM | Sept. 3 – Oct. 8 | 6 Weeks | $150

Advanced Acro
• Thursday at 7:00 PM | Sept. 3 – Oct. 8 | 6 Weeks | $150

⭐ Possible Tuesday DanceAcro at 7:00 PM if there is enough interest! Message us if Tuesday works better for you.

🤸 DANCEACRO PREREQUISITES
Students must be able to:
• Kick into a handstand
• Perform a cartwheel
• Hold a backbend for at least 10 seconds with head completely off the floor and arms straight/locked out

🔥 ADVANCED ACRO PREREQUISITES
Students must have all DanceAcro prerequisites PLUS:
• Front walkover
• Back walkover
• At least one flipping/tumbling skill such as a front or back handspring or aerial

💲 TUITION
Tuition is $25 per class and registration is for the full 5- or 6-week series.
