I wanted to share what one of our core values—compassion—looked like for me this week.

A conversation about work turned into my bosses realizing I had a lot on my plate as a special needs mom raising two incredible kids.

They listened. They cared. And then they showed up at my house, tools in hand, to help build a climbing wall for my kids.

Not because they had to. Because they care about me and my family.

It’s easy to put core values on a wall. It means something different when the people around you actually live them.

This one meant more to me than they probably know. 💚
