Liberty Girls Wrestling

Try Out Wrestling Day for the Liberty Girls Wrestling Team was a huge success.

We are making a slight adjustment to our offseason training schedule.

Strength Training:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:00–4:00 PM

Open Mat:
Tuesdays, 4:00–5:00 PM

Open Mat will now take place immediately after strength training on Tuesdays instead of Wednesdays.

This change will reduce our offseason schedule to two days per week and leave Wednesdays open for anyone who would like to get additional training at Pursuit or another wrestling club.

We believe this schedule will provide a good balance between our team training, additional club opportunities, and recovery during the offseason.

The Olentangy Liberty Girls Wrestling Team is looking to add another coach to our staff for the upcoming season!

As our program continues to grow, we're excited to be expanding our coaching staff to better support our athletes. If you have a wrestling background, enjoy mentoring student-athletes, and are interested in being part of a positive, competitive, and rapidly growing program, we'd love to hear from you.

Congratulations to Malaya DiMasso and Abbey Enders on a great season ending weekend at the OHSAA State Wrestling Tournament.

Making it to the state tournament is never easy, and it speaks volumes about their toughness. The entire Liberty community is proud of the way they represent our program, our school, and girls wrestling.
