What a beautiful weekend for Pilates & community🤍 Drip: Beyond Hydration Restoration Haus
Orwigsburg’s Heritage Day was a huge success, and one of my favorite parts was seeing so many new faces step onto a mat and try Pilates for the very first time. We SOLD out the 11 am class and had to turn people away from trying it, and complementary massages made it even more holistic. Candles were given out as welcome gifts for a holistic care package by .ber&co
There is so much more to Pilates than what people imagine and see online. Pilates comes in all shapes, sizes, ages, abilities, and seasons of life. My heart continues to be showing women that their bodies are capable of so much more than they may realize.
A strong core. A strong pelvic floor. A body that can feel supported and connected after having children, after C sections, after seasons of stress, and after everything life asks of us.
Movement can be a way to reconnect with yourself, release what you have been carrying, and remember that you are strong. ❤️
And then Sunday brought us to Pilates at Yoga B Yoga where we worked hard through a Classical Pilates and Contemporary Sculpt class before slowing down and treating ourselves to something beautiful with permanent jewelry.
I love these moments because wellness does not have to look like one thing.
This is what ALIGN is about.
Care for your body, heart, mind, community.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, tried something new, moved with me, and continues to make space for Pilates and intentional wellness here in our community.
There is so much more to come. 🤍
