We are so excited to bring this program, and our kids Bridge program to life THIS WEEK!

Starting tomorrow, we're launching a pilot program with classes every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:00–3:00 PM for adults. The program ends in late December.

This track is open to people in recovery, police officers, firefighters, and other first responders. We’ll train together, build strength, improve our health, and create connections that extend beyond the difficult moments we often share.

Thanks to funding through the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, there is no cost to participate.

Come train with us and be part of something that brings our community together.

When those around him trembled, Ben stood strong.

Some warriors wear body armor, others wear flip flops and hold a b**r stein.

This is why CrossFit tells us to regularly learn and play new sports. Sometimes the sport is weightlifting. Sometimes it’s gymnastics. Sometimes it’s refusing to lower a b**r until everyone else has disappointed their ancestors.

It's not about how many times you fall down.

It's how fast you can pick yourself back up.

Keep moving forward.

Parents: this is the kind of program you want them in before they actually need it.

PSKC was recently selected by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office to launch a new youth program called The Bridge.

The idea is simple: give young people a place to get stronger physically and mentally, surround them with good coaches and positive peers, and help them build confidence, resilience, and better decision-making skills.

The Bridge combines physical training with real conversations around stress, peer pressure, making good choices, asking for help, and handling the challenges kids are facing today.

It’s hard work, accountability, good people, and a place to belong after school.

The Bridge is 4th grade and up and meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:15–4:15 PM at PSKC.

Program kicks off Monday October 5th through December 31st.

There is no cost to families.

We have a limited number of spots available.

If you’re a parent who wants your kid around good coaches, doing hard things, and building skills that carry over far beyond the gym, get them signed up here:
