I moved to Portland from another country and joined this academy shortly after arriving. From day one, everyone was incredibly welcoming, and being an international student was never an issue. The atmosphere is friendly, supportive, and genuinely positive.Jordan is an outstanding instructor. He's highly knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help students of all levels improve. Ben also does a fantastic job teaching and helping create such a great training environment.The quality of the instruction is excellent, but what really makes this place special is the people. The students are respectful and friendly, and they create a culture that makes you want to keep coming back.Training here was one of the highlights of my time in Portland. The Gracie Jiu Jitsu Combatives course (Gracie Jiu Jitsu Portland OR location) is amazing and falls in line with what I've been seeking! Jordan does an outstanding job instructoring and keeps the class engaged. Safety is paramount and there are no egos. Everyone works together in good spirit and self control. I feel very welcome here.
