Hope opens the door.

Intention helps us decide how we want to walk through it.

Sometimes the conversation we have with ourselves while we're waiting is just as important as what we're waiting for.

08/20/2026

""I hope everything goes well."

It's something many of us say without even thinking.

Whether we're waiting for medical results, supporting someone we love, or facing something uncertain, hope feels natural.

But while we're hoping...

we're also having an ongoing conversation with ourselves.

What are those words saying?

Are they filled with fear?

Expectation?

Trust?

Our subconscious doesn't just respond to life's biggest moments.

It responds to the thoughts and words we repeat every day.

Sometimes the biggest shift isn't changing the situation...

It's changing the conversation we're having within it.

✨ If this resonates with you, I'd love to welcome you to The Energy Circle, where we explore the subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and energetic patterns that may be quietly shaping your experience—and begin replacing them with ones that better support the life you want to create.

Sometimes we talk about ourselves as though we're stating facts.

"I'm always worried."

"I never follow through."

"I've always been this way."

But what if those aren't permanent truths?

What if they're simply old patterns or stories that have been repeated enough to feel true?

Our subconscious is always listening.

It responds to the words, thoughts, and instructions we give it every day.

Which raises an interesting question...

What are we teaching it to believe?

And what would we rather be strengthening instead?

We don't have to criticize the old story.

We can simply recognize it...

and begin giving our subconscious a new direction.

Just because the conversation is over...
doesn't mean it's over inside of us.

We replay what we said.

Think about what we wish we'd said.

Wonder what they really meant.

Maybe we've even had the conversation a few more times in our head.

Have you ever noticed that?

When something keeps coming back, I often get curious.

What is this showing me?

Did I hold back instead of speaking my truth?

Did this touch an old wound or familiar pattern?

Is there something within me that's ready to be released?

Sometimes it's not really about this conversation at all.

It's about something deeper that's asking for our attention.

And when we clear what's underneath...

the conversation often loses its charge.

We can remember what happened without continuing to relive it.

What conversation has your mind been revisiting lately?

Did you know your conscious mind is only about 5–10% of your total mind?

The other 90–95% operates beneath the surface in your subconscious.

One of the fascinating things about the subconscious is that it doesn't stop to debate whether something is true.

It takes the instructions it's given and begins acting on them.

I like to think of the conscious mind as the captain of a large ship.

The captain gives the orders.

The crew doesn't argue.

It simply gets to work.

The same thing happens with our subconscious.

Every day we're giving it instructions through our thoughts, our words, our expectations, and the stories we repeat about ourselves.

"I'm always behind."

"I never have enough."

"People always disappoint me."

"I'm getting older."

Our subconscious doesn't stop to ask if those statements are actually true.

It simply begins organizing our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors around the directions we've given it.

The good news?

We can begin giving it different instructions.

That's why becoming aware of our everyday thoughts and language is so powerful.

Small changes, repeated consistently, can create profound changes over time.

✨ This is one of the many ways we work with the subconscious in The Energy Circle—clearing old patterns while intentionally creating new ones that better support the life you want to live.

Every word we speak has an effect.

Especially the words we speak to ourselves.

"I'm always anxious."

"I'm such an overthinker."

"I've never been good at this."

Most of us aren't trying to create those patterns.

They're simply familiar thoughts we've repeated so many times they begin to feel like facts.

But our subconscious is always listening.

It responds to the thoughts and words we repeat every day.

That's why becoming aware of our language can be so powerful.

Not because we need to watch every word.

But because each new thought and each new sentence is an opportunity to give our subconscious a different direction.

✨ This is one of the ways we work with the subconscious in The Energy Circle—bringing awareness to the patterns beneath the surface and intentionally replacing them with ones that better support the life you want to create.

What words do you catch yourself repeating most often?

08/15/2026

We often ask ourselves,

"Why can't I stick with this?"

But what if a better question is...

"What's happening underneath?"

That one question can change everything.

Instead of trying harder, we can become curious.

Is there a subconscious pattern at work?

An old belief?

An unresolved emotion?

An energetic imbalance?

When we discover what's underneath, we have something we can actually work with.

Sometimes the real shift doesn't come from pushing harder.

It comes from clearing what's been quietly influencing us all along.

What if you got curious about a pattern instead of trying harder to overcome it?

08/14/2026

We don't just create from what we want.

We also create from how we feel about what we want.

If it consistently feels out of reach...

your subconscious receives that message too.

What if you practiced feeling that it's possible instead?

That's one of the reasons we work with the subconscious. When we change the message beneath the surface, life on the surface often begins to change as well. Check out our great results in The Energy Circle.

Have you ever noticed that some thoughts become so familiar, you don't even question them anymore?

Maybe it's...

"I'm always running behind."

"I worry too much."

"This is just who I am."

They don't usually arrive with a lot of drama.

Often, they're simply thoughts we've practiced for years.

One of the things I find fascinating is that our minds learn through repetition. The thoughts we return to over and over begin to feel familiar.

And sometimes, familiar starts to feel true.

That's not something to judge.

It's simply something to notice.

Because once we notice a pattern, we have the opportunity to choose a different conversation... and offer ourselves different inner instructions.

That's one of the things we explore inside the Energy Clearing Circle—becoming aware of the subconscious patterns we've been living from, gently clearing what no longer serves us, and strengthening the thoughts, beliefs, and energy we'd like to experience instead.

Have you ever noticed how quickly your mind can jump to a conclusion?

A text arrives.

Someone's tone changes.

Plans unexpectedly shift.

And before you even know what's happening, you've already imagined the outcome.

I wonder how often we're reacting, not to this moment, but to something our subconscious learned long ago.

If life has taught us to expect disappointment, criticism, or rejection, our minds naturally look for signs that it's happening again.

Not because we're pessimistic.

Simply because we're following an old pattern.

The beautiful thing is that patterns can change.

When we gently identify and clear what's no longer serving us, we create space for something new.

Maybe the conversation goes well.

Maybe it doesn't.

But we no longer have to let yesterday's experiences write today's story.

Have you ever caught yourself expecting the worst before you knew the whole story?

Have you ever noticed yourself preparing for disappointment before anything had actually happened?
