Monday: Cooperation
Whether you’re practicing with a partner, helping a teammate, or encouraging a classmate, cooperation helps everyone improve.
When we support each other and work as a team, we become stronger both on and off the mat!

Tuesday: Consideration
In Taekwondo, we practice consideration by listening to our instructors, encouraging our classmates, taking turns, and being aware of the people around us.
We learn that being a strong martial artist also means having a kind and respectful attitude.

Tuesday: Confidence
Confidence isn't something you're born with—it's something you build.
Every class, every kick, and every challenge in Taekwondo helps students believe in themselves a little more.
As skills grow, so does the confidence to face obstacles both on and off the mat.
Strong techniques create strong martial artists, but confidence creates strong leaders.

Monday: Compassion
Compassion is one of the strongest qualities a martial artist can develop. In Taekwondo, compassion means encouraging classmates, helping those who are learning, and treating everyone with kindness and respect.
A true black belt isn't just recognized by their skill, but by the way they lift others up.
Every act of kindness helps build a stronger class, a stronger community, and stronger leaders.

Monday: Cleanliness
Cleanliness is more than keeping your uniform spotless—it's about showing respect for yourself, your classmates, and the dojang.
A clean training space and a clean mindset help create the discipline needed to grow in Taekwondo. Every time we bow onto the mat, we take pride in how we present ourselves and the environment around us.
Small habits of cleanliness build the character of a true martial artist.
