At our studio, we offer a highly structured, thoughtfully designed progression through the aerial artsâbecause your safety, strength, and long-term aerial joy matter to us. Our goal is to help you build a sustainable practice where you feel confident, strong, and injury-free for years to come.
Our pathway begins with Beginner 1 (B1), the perfect entry point for brand-new students or anyone returning to foundations. From there, youâll move into Beginner 2 (B2) before branching into your chosen specialty: Trapeze, Silks, Handbalancing, Sling, Lyra or Rope.
Every instructor is trained in this progression and tailors each class to the students in the room, keeping things new, fresh, and fun while still following the structured curriculum that keeps everyone safe. This consistency also ensures clear communication across the whole teaching team, so no matter who you train with, everyone knows exactly which skills you should have and what youâre ready to learn next.
