Flow vs. Power Flow β€” what's actually different? Both are flow-based. Here's where they split.

Same foundation: continuous, breath-linked movement, one pose leading into the next. If you've done one, the rhythm will feel familiar in the other.

Flow keeps a steady, accessible pace β€” shorter holds, always moving, a strong entry point whether you're new to the room or just want something that flows without grinding. Power Flow is the same continuous movement with more demand β€” longer holds, more depth, real strength work built into the sequence.

There's no wrong answer. Take Flow when you want movement without grinding. Take Power Flow when you want the burn built in. Most people end up doing both, depending on the day.

What actually happens in a Recovery class? This isn't the "skip day" class.

Non-heated, 70–75Β°F. You start moving before you start stretching β€” slow, flowing sequences that reset your nervous system so you're actually ready for what's next. Then long holds, prop-supported, held for minutes at a time β€” long enough for your body to stop guarding and actually let go.

Foam rollers and massage balls, used the right way: slow and targeted, finding the actual spot holding tension instead of rolling around hoping something releases.

Just finished a hard week? This is where your body catches up. Carrying tension you keep meaning to deal with? Start here. New to Studio 1? This is the slower way in β€” same depth, different pace.

Catch it Sundays at 4PM β€” the best way to decompress from the week and walk into the next one feeling renewed.

Two balls, five minutes. That's it.

Rock forward and back over the traps β€” small shifts until you find the spot that's actually holding tension. Go deeper on the rough days, ease up when you don't need it.

Slow wins here. Don't force the release β€” let the compression do the talking.

New to yoga? Big into strength? Recovery is the perfect way into Studio 1 β€” an easy foray into what the yoga practice actually has to offer, no pressure to keep up with a flow yet.

Can yoga actually help an injury? Often, yes.

Every class offers modifications β€” not as a fallback, but because that's how you slowly build a bigger range of motion, posture by posture, without forcing anything.

And it's not just physical. Yoga's deep decompression of the nervous system is a huge part of injury recovery too β€” getting your body out of fight-or-flight matters as much as the movement itself.

Yoga is the best multivitamin you can take for anything in your life.

Movement meets sound.

A full vinyasa flow, followed by a sound bath β€” guided start to finish, one continuous experience. Nick built this to bridge two things people usually treat as separate: movement and stillness.

Not as "woo woo" as it sounds β€” sound frequencies help shift your nervous system out of fight-or-flight. It's physiological, not mystical. Your body responds whether or not you believe in it.

Never done a sound bath? Doesn't matter. Come as you are.

Saturday, August 15. Spots are limited.

Full spectrum, holistic practice β€” under one roof.

Show up to a strength class. That's the whole ask. Tired? New to lifting? Doesn't matter β€” you roll in, and your instructor guides the pace to fit exactly where you're at that day. You'll leave feeling strong, not wrecked.

Then take a yoga class the next day and work it all back out. Or just do both the same day β€” that's kind of the whole point of building it this way.
