Hello Everyone,

This is hot off the press. My summer plans have now been solidified. Please take a look at the schedule on my website: taketheyogaandrun.com in order to register for a 30 minute, fun filled, dynamic, transformational online yoga class. These are the days that classes will be held: June 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, and 30. July 1, 4, 5, and 6. And from July 19th on things will be back to "normal". Be aware that classes will start at 6am pacific from June 20-23. Otherwise, classes will be held at their "normal" times. Thanks for your patience
