Cooling off before PaddleFit! ☀️💦🏄♀️
Tonight we started class a little differently—with a refreshing dip in the lake to cool our core before hopping back on our boards. It was the perfect way to beat the heat before stretching, strengthening our core, working on balance, and getting our cardio in on the water.
Now that SUP Escapes are in full swing, PaddleFit is every Tuesday evening!

• It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but absolutely worth it.
• Want easier access? Simax Beach Resort offers closer parking for a small fee, along with food, drinks, cabins, campsites, and docks.
